  They don''t deserve this pain and frustration of it. I believe it will be helpful
  for the company to get new blood and for me to learn to find better people to manage.
  I went to old Chicago to hang out with the guys from Compassion again. I enjoyed
  it. It was a farewell to Taylor party. ## Ideas'
